Maxaroma is used for a variety of cuisines like Indian, Chinese, Continental, Mexican etc and also to prepare base stock. It can be tossed, sprinkled or blended.

Ingredients
- 15g Blue Bird Maxaroma Powder
- 20g Unsalted Butter
- 25ml Oil
- 100g Onion, chopped
- 150g Mushroom, diced
- 400g Rice, Arborio
- 45g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 150g Button Mushroom, sliced
- 1000ml Water
- 20g Basil, finely chopped
Method
- Step 1 : Heat Butter and Oil together in a heavy-bottomed Pan on medium heat. Add Onion and Mushroom and stir cook at medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 2 : Add Rice and stir well until coated with Butter and Oil.
- Step 3 : Dissolve Blue Bird Maxaroma Powder in 500ml water and add half of it in the rice and stir cook till it gets absorbed by rice completely.
- Step 4 : Continue to add remaining stock bit by bit and cook till the creamy texture is achieved. Finish by mixing in the Parmesan cheese and serve in a large bowl garnished with sautéed Mushroom and Basil leaves. Serve hot with Crusty Bread.
