The all season dessert

BLUE BIRD Jelly Crystals is an all time favourite with all age groups. It can be had by itself or accompanied with fresh cream or plain or flavoured custard, myriad combinations with cakes, salads, ice creams and sundaes.

Packing size

  • 100 g Carton

Directions for use

  • Dissolve the contents of the packet in 250ml. of boiling water.
  • Add 250ml. of cold water and stir.
  • Refrigerate at least 3-4 hours or until firm without disturbing.
  • Makes 5 (100ml) servings.

Recipes

Juicy Blue Bird JellyOpen or Close

Prepare as directed in the basic directions replacing cold water with cold fruit juice.
Note: Do not use fresh or frozen pineapple, kiwi, papaya, figs or guava or else Jelly will not set.

To Add Fruits or VegetablesOpen or Close

Refrigerate BLUE BIRD Jelly 1 ½ hours or until thick.
Stir in 3/4 to ½ cups chopped fruits or vegetables.
Refrigerate until firm.
